“I bought a bean to cup coffee machine. But taste of coffee brewed out not good, whether beans or powder if the best quality used. Want to return it, but retailer not happy for this as I have used it. But wonder how I can know the quality of product unless I use it? I have the statutory rights to return this item within 28days of purchase, but retailer not accepting it. Would be grateful for your help. Thanks,”

“I found ecookshop.co.uk by accident while using the Edge search engine, I was actually searching on the Denby website for replacement plates. The search engine suggested it had found the same plates for a better price. I clicked on the link and was taken to the ecookshop website, once there I easily found the plates I was looking for, there was free delivery too and the best bit, I saved approximately £60 on the price Denby were quoting!”
