“Got the Kitchenaid power plus blender . Quick delivery but the blender was faulty . On the second day of using it , there was thudding noise and there was fumes of smoke from the motor and the whole house smells of the burnt smoke. The customer care was brilliant though . We are in the process of returning the item for full refund .I don’t know if this happened to anyone or it’s just us ? I wish everything went well and we didn’t have this experience. I had planned to get many more- lecureset cookware and Kitchenaid mixer and many more from this website hopefully once this is resolved I am willing to give a go with the lecrueset cookware .(fingers crossed)”

“Very quick delivery. They also gave me some wine glasses as a free gift but the toaster included a free gift of a warm rack for the toaster that was never included so I don’t know why I got the wine glasses but not the warming rack that wasn’t included in the package.”

“I wanted a straight replacement for my old kettle which stopped switching off automatically, but to be fair it was probably 8 or 9 years old. I was a bit nervous as I had not heard of ecookshop but the kettle arrived the next day and was £30 less than the next best price I could find. So I am impressed and would definitely order again.”

“Could Not Be Happier! Cheapest I could find this product online and it came with free postage. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Then when it arrived it came with a free gift from eCookshop, a lovely set of wine glasses. This company clearly understand customer service; so happy I've found them, will definitely be using them again in the future.”
