“Very quick service. The only thing was that the packaging my mug came in was big enough for a dinner set. I understand that the mug had to be protected but it was a bit over the top but very happy with the mug. Thank you”

“While I loved the actual cups and saucers And the delivery time was perfect I was very very disappointed in the James Martin box inside the outer packaging. It was filthy and so scuffed and looked like a charity shop Ipurchase . I had to take the crockery out and repackage as it was for a present. 2 boxes were ordered and both were in same dirty state Regards F. Rankin”
