“The course is clear and covers the essential matrial around manual lifting. I liked the T.I.L.E model of risk assessment they use - it is simple, easy to remember and works. It is a bit rapid inmllaces but you can re-run sections.”

“Concise course covering basic first aid, felt the layout of the site and on the course could have been clearer - it felt like the course had started mid way through a module. Quite a few grammar errors too which isn't great. Overall, it did the job. Thanks”

“The content is good. However the first page of the course had an obvious spelling mistake and the voice over pronounced a number of words wrong such a 'evaluate' being pronounces as 'elevate' otherwise 5/5”
