“I paid for the course but couldn't access it. Sorted by Echo3 quickly and efficiently once they became aware. Course useful and informative once accessed. It contains one mistake - under allergens they state 14 common allergens have been identified for food safety puroses but then go on to list only 13. What is the missing one?”

“Once purchased, the platform felt a little bit difficult to navigate, and the player controls took some guess work to navigate to begin with. It would be better with clear "next slide" options.”
