“I purchased a disc and pad setup a few days ago, only to be told yesterday that although the items were in stock they’re now not! My money was taken and the parts haven’t even been dispatched yet. When contacting the company I purchased from about the items not showing on my EBC account they told me to basically suck it up!”

“Only received a part delivery and 3 working days after order and 2 after part delivery I still have no advice from either DPD or EBC on when I will receive the remaining item. My brakes are stripped down awaiting parts!!!!!”

“Well ordered them online to save me going out. What a joke ended up having to drive me to go pick up from post office. Trial joke of a service. EBC should get a proper courier that delivers to the house as agreed. I wont bother to order again I'll just go buy at shop locally.”

“Ordered disc's and pads. Says fast European delivery after 10 days I got a telephone from DHl telling me that I have to pay 130 pounds more for taxes, customs fee and handling(shipping was paid along with the invoice)when I was only noticed from Ebc that I will have to pay the vat and a SMALL fee for handling...the vat was 33,45 pounds,whta about the rest 100 pounds???...bottom line is that Ebc eshop doesn't worth it for non UK customers . If I had bought it from the Greek ebc distributor I would have saved 170 pounds in total”

“Parcel was received damaged with the brake pads missing from package. Was sent out pads but was as a replacement delivery so driver would have had to take the disks back but only had pads to deliver. Am now waiting to hear when the pads will be delivered correctly but will not have time to get done before MOT expires on car.”

“I ordered a set of yellow stuff pads five days before my next track day. That time has elapsed but no pads, no despatch notification. Nothing. Nowadays I’ve got used to most online purchases arrived quickly. Not so with EBC anymore. Is the stuff now made to order? Maybe it’s time to try some Ferodo DS2500’s?”

“Sorry guys ordered on Tuesday with item in stock(nice easy to use site with good price) ,,delivery date for Thursday, phoned to check on order Friday afternoon and order had been sent internally for posting but no action. Had been taken ,, on Friday order not processed and definitely not posted ,,with a bank holiday in between it will be over 8 days before delivery, no email or message sent to tell me otherwise ,,suspect it May not even be in stock ,,,and why o why does the delivery section shut at midday on Fridays??? Will probably not use this company again”
