“Wrong parts sent out, called to arrange an exchange. Was guaranteed next day replacements and didn’t come for two days. Such a shame, won’t use again.”

“Really disappointed, The wrong set of pads and discs was sent out ordered ford kuga got Saab? Cost of return via royal mail makes it more cost-effective to scrap off. The reason for wrong set from EBC there is 2 sets for my car, when getting a set from a local parts dealer only one set is available? Shame really as ive used several times for my vans and RS, will stick to local suppliers now as getting incorrect parts works out really expensive.”

“Bonjour je suis très déçu en attente de remboursement car à aucun moment prévenu dès frais éventuellement de douanes et de livraisons en supalors j ai régler la facture avec les frais de livraison inclus pour la France donc j ai refuser de réglée les sup de DHL”

“ordered brake pads 10 days ago which were in stock . Still have not arrived despite a promised overnight delivery and they have taken my money .Have chased by email and still had no response a week later . Have now sent a 2nd email requesting cancellation of the order and refund of my money. Truly appalling service . Don't use this business .”
