“Great brakes very poor customer service, ordered brake pads for my mk2 golf when fitting these were too thick for my calipers, contacted customer support a few times and got no response do not buy directly from them buy from a third party supplier who does respond to your emails even now I still have had no response been about a month so far. Bought another set now which do fit with a different part number on.”

“Parts I need not in stock but pr-order accepted and estimated delivery in 3 weeks. EBC contacted me to thank me for the order and offered to look for an alternative to the Yellow Stuff that I wanted but I said that 3 week delay was ok for me. Not delivered yet so no more response appropriate.”

“Called your office and spoke to a gentleman called Finn. He was very helpful. I gave him my request for some Brakes for a Kawasaki GTR 1400. He said he could supply them. I made the payment. He sent them out arrived in time . All good, my brakes are now fine and do not Juder”
