“Very quick and alert customer service. Due to a browser or webshop issue my order was seen as a UK mainland order instead of an abroad EU order. They contacted within two hours and rectified the issue. Also got a refund of the VAT very short thereafter. As a civilian of the Netherlands I always buy my EBC brake parts here, but this reinforces my confidence. So, will definitely buy again next time (and thereafter...).”

“I have bought these for my S5 and I can confidently say these are a lot better than factory pads, have a really nice solid firm and confident feel to them, but not brabby at the same time, people say yellow ones make noise but they don't seem to for me.”

“Very happy with the selection and the cooperation of a key staffer. However the difficulty and expense of getting a shipment to the US was unnecessary and burdensome, especially since the parts were not available from US suppliers.”
