Very quick and alert customer service. Due to a browser or webshop issue my order was seen as a UK mainland order instead of an abroad EU order. They contacted within two hours and rectified the issue. Also got a refund of the VAT very short thereafter. As a civilian of the Netherlands I always buy my EBC brake parts here, but this reinforces my confidence. So, will definitely buy again next time (and thereafter...).
