Customer service is very poor, as are estimated delivery times (I chose this company as they state they are operating as normal)
It is impossible to contact via telephone and as there have been issues with my order, the wait for a reply to numerous emails is unacceptable.
I would never use this company again due to the lack of help and timely communication.
