“I found the website is easy to use. The instruction of how to measure and what type of foam to use seems pretty straight forwards when I ordered the foam for a headboard. But this time when I followed its advice to measure my leather cushion cover. When they arrived, I was surprised how big they were, they were 6 cm longer than they should be. Also, due to the poly fibre I added to the foam. They were tightly fit in the sofa without the cover! When I called the customer service, I was told they could cut them for free if I send them back, but the postage cost £12 each way! Otherwise, I was advised to have it cut back using a long sharp knife after pushing the poly fibre & the stockinette back . Although the surface is not neatly cut flat, once the covers on, it would be fine & it now fits nicely on the sofa lengthwise.”
