“It was not clear that I had ordered the wrong size (in the basket it just mentions inches!! not bed size) and even having not opened the packaging I was going to be charged £42 to return it when it cost £60 in the first place, if you use them make sure you are ordering the right size, as their "restocking" fee is ridiculous.... incredibly upset, now have to find a use for the foam.... what a rip off!!!!”
