“Customer Service is abyssmal. You are considered a nuisance and that is clear in the intonation of person taking the call. If you don't want my business - say so. Got order wrong. Got email address wrong. No receipt. No returns procedure. Refused to give out MD's name. I am not impressed with this firm at all”

“Really happy with my order, just added this to my Victorian day bed and it looks a million dollars really thick and bounces back into shape even after my two daughters jumping on it . Just ordered a further foam for the headboard and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family”

“Ordered packing foam for a gun case on a recommendation from a guy on a facebook group. Glad I did its perfect and cut so precisely. Great quality and price, just £1 for an extra (which came in handy because I hacked the first go) This is my second time ordering because I need to make a new insert for some accessories. I'll add pictures but excuse my hack job (nothing to do with the foam quality just my lack of foam cutting skills). Its quite dense and very durable in the pics that's a year old and its held up great.”

“Such an easy service to use! Lots of helpful info about the type of foam needed and how to measure accurately. I’d been faffing about trying to find someone locally but this was so quick and easy. I’ve only just placed the order but if the foam is as good as the service I’ll be happy!”
