“Easyfoam has a very straightforward website and was easy to navigate. I needed a specific type of thick packaging foam to cut around a painting in order to send it to a gallery, and used the 'cut to size' page to get the exact size I required. My only feedback would be that it isn't easy to see the foam type that easily from the pictures, as I wanted to check the foam would be rigid enough to hold a painting up when propped up inside a box but am still not 100% sure. However overall a very user-friendly customer experience.”

The additional use of video is great for showing information about ordering the right sized product and really appreciated. I would love a short video to show each foam type ie someone squeezing or sitting on a set thickness of foam for comparison - would not even need to be too hi-tech. Very few (if any) other foam websites seem to have this and without a product in your hand ordering can be more risky. Next day delivery was extremely useful but not clear once navigating away from the main page and i had to go back and double check. Please shout about this as it is a great service. Lots in the menu bar that i didn't understand due to the specialist nature of the products but was easy to find memory foam and foam cut to size. Easily as good as any other foam site but arguably better service. Many thanks.”

“When I got to the email address edeal@bowesfastrac.com (me Emma Deal) it wouldn't accept a different one to that of the name of the Billing address/person! Bit odd. I do the orders but the Boss pays for the goods and I need to receive the order confirmation in the Accounts Dept..suggest altering so it accepts diff email addresses?? Thanks! Otherwise a good web site.
