My reason for the good and not very good was that although I ordered 3 of the same size foams, 2 came flat packed as expected and 1 of them was folded in half which has taken a lot of time to get flat, could not understand why this was done.”

“The website is simple and easy to navigate and place orders. Two points to mention:
1. when adding a product to the shopping basket, it would be good to have a "Continue Shopping" button - I had to order multiple items, and had to click back each time I added something to the basket
2. include details of the delivery service you offer - we are currently boycotting certain couriers, including YODEL as we consistently get poor service and missed deliveries from them. As such, I want to know what delivery service is used so that I can be sure of a reliable service.
