“Buying foam can be a bit of a minefield. There are bewildering choices of type and grades, with different grades of foam resulting in wildly varying prices. A clear website with all the information a novice needs and easy navigation is essential. EasyFoam appears to be the best in this respect, with a very helpful guide explaining the choices available. Delivery is free, unlike some other foam suppliers who wanted to charge a whopping £10 on a single cushion costing £14.00. I will certainly buy from EasyFoam again and recommend the company to others.”

“The website is simple and easy to navigate and place orders. Two points to mention:
1. when adding a product to the shopping basket, it would be good to have a "Continue Shopping" button - I had to order multiple items, and had to click back each time I added something to the basket
2. include details of the delivery service you offer - we are currently boycotting certain couriers, including YODEL as we consistently get poor service and missed deliveries from them. As such, I want to know what delivery service is used so that I can be sure of a reliable service.
