The additional use of video is great for showing information about ordering the right sized product and really appreciated. I would love a short video to show each foam type ie someone squeezing or sitting on a set thickness of foam for comparison - would not even need to be too hi-tech. Very few (if any) other foam websites seem to have this and without a product in your hand ordering can be more risky. Next day delivery was extremely useful but not clear once navigating away from the main page and i had to go back and double check. Please shout about this as it is a great service. Lots in the menu bar that i didn't understand due to the specialist nature of the products but was easy to find memory foam and foam cut to size.
