“Very pleased with my new garage door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fitted without any problems and all old stuff taken away and area left clean and tidy. The fitter explained the safety features and even suggested the keys be taken out once unlocked so as not to mark the door. Would definitely recommend.”

“Out of the 3 initial quotes we received when we decided to have a new garage door, Eastern was the only company to give us a follow-up call to see if we'd made a decision! This spoke volumes to us straight away! Once we'd ordered the door, they kept us informed about the status of the order as promised. Fitting was completed professionally and courteously and we are over the moon with our new door. We would use Eastern again and would happily recommend to anyone.”

“My garage door was no longer working. The mechanism had jammed with the door open and I had cut the cables in order to close and lock it. The engineer arrived when I was told he would. He replaced the cables and other worn components and the door works better now than it ever did. I am completely satisfied with the result and the cost.”

Your fitters arrived to install the doors, they were polite, clean and efficient and very professional in their approach. They did a great job of installing the door, and took away the old one. They took the time to explain how the door worked and what was necessary to maintain the product to keep it in good working order.
