Out of the 3 initial quotes we received when we decided to have a new garage door, Eastern was the only company to give us a follow-up call to see if we'd made a decision! This spoke volumes to us straight away! Once we'd ordered the door, they kept us informed about the status of the order as promised. Fitting was completed professionally and courteously and we are over the moon with our new door. We would use Eastern again and would happily recommend to anyone.
