“We were in a reall pickle when our garage door would not operate and trying to use the emergency access cable failed as well. We phoned for support and got an absolutely excellent response from the office staff who arranged for a surveyor to ring us. We got a very nice gentleman who talked us through a few hints but they didn't work. This was an out of hours call but we needed access that day. They delivered. Austin, we have no hesitation in recommending your company if anyone is in difficulty. 👏👏👏”
