“I purchased some plinth grill/vent which were listed x6, assumed I was getting six of these but was told by customer services that this meant there were six different colours. Very misleading”

I have looked at the listing header and it does state X6 finishes We will however take your comments on board and have added sold in singles to the description in case people miss read the listing header again. “I am pleased with the purchase and the items are of good quality. A little disappointed with the delivery service as I arranged in advance and paid £10.99 delivery charges to have the items delivered on a particular day - hence I stayed in from 8am to 6pm - but they did not arrive. The following day I had an early notification of a 2 hour delivery slot and had to change my prior arrangements. I have since noticed a disclaimer saying delivery dates can’t be guaranteed but it would have been helpful if I had been kept up to date about delivery.”
