“Excellent service. Although part of the product was damaged (in transit). I spoke to customer service who dealt with the problem immediately. A couple of emails later and a new item was dispatched the following day and arrived as promised. Thankyou Lorraine. I would like to review the product but it is not yet fitted so I will do that at a later date.”

“Really nice drawers: quite heavy (which I like) and appear to be sturdy. I was surprised at the quality but as they were not the cheapest, pleased that they seem to be worth the money. I have recommended to a friend.”

“Order received within 48 hrs. Unfortunately box was damaged in transit and items were missing. However replacements were then received within next 24hrs. Extremely pleased with customer service that EastCoast provides to their customers. Well Done and Thanks to Lorraine.”

“Very easy to order a Hailo swing bin online. Very good responses from customer services by email — but my delivery was delayed twice with DX, and even on the third attempt the driver came two hours before the scheduled slot while I was out shopping- he did ring me to save had left the parcel at the front door (even though I was expecting to have to sign).”
