“I bought a mixer tap from eastcoast kitchens and found it was a very reasonable price , it was damaged on delivery not eastcoast's fault I hasten to add but the courier service , when I called their customer service department the lady I spoke to didn't hesitate in asking me to send some photos of the damage , within ten minutes of them receiving the photos I had a reply in my inbox informing me that a replacement would be sent to me the next working day . The replacement is in perfect condition I will definitely be using eastcoast kitchens in the future .”
