“I only buy my nic salts from this store now. I love that there are more flavours than the shop and they have good stock. The only thing I would say is that when I spend over a certain amount I am suppose to get tracked orders within 48 hours and I don’t receive any confirmation of dispatch, I get the delivery about 4-5 days later”

We do our best to keep as many flavours in stock for everyone (It's sometimes hard) so I'm pleased we appear to be doing a good job there. In regards to the shipping, I'm sorry your shipments are taking a little longer than expected, I checked your previous order and yes it took 4 working days which is slightly longer than we'd like to see. Unfortunately, the free shipping option over £30 is not a fully tracked service but instead has proof of delivery confirmation number which lets us know where and when your item was delivered. As an apology we would be more than happy to upgrade your next shipments to a fully tracked service, simply message our support desk via email after placing your order and they will inform the warehouse to do so. “It all comes down to customer support, which is inexistent. On their website they wrote that "we are fanatical about customer support", unfortunately this is far from the truth. Ordered some liquids and nicotine shots in December. My order arrived some time before Christmas within the allocated time, mind you, but it had some of the liquids missing, however, the packaging slip mentioned that these were "to follow tomorrow". I've waited for "tomorrow", the next week, month, nothing showed up. Wrote 3 separate emails to ask about any updates and one using their contact page with an attachment photo of the invoice, didn't even get a reply. Tried calling within office hours for about an hour, nobody picked up. There was no communication other than that handwritten note on the invoice that said "to follow tomorrow", let alone any kind of messages about getting my money back for the missing liquids. They were one of my go-to companies for e-liquids. Not anymore!!! Later Edit: it seems that they have come back with an explanation on to the above predicament: because of the pandemic, they had a huge turnaround and employees haven't been up to scrap. As a bonus, they delivered an extra bottle together with the juices I was owed. Good job in sorting those things out! Please keep up with the better customer service!”

“Great company. In these days of mega Corporations dominating the home shopping, it’s great to find a reliable and value for money smaller company. Only neg is Royal Mail are usually 2-3 days but every order I’ve made has been dispatched within 24 hours. Amazing staff and real customer care all round. Outstanding always”
