“Sales service V.G. Cabin materials V.G. Build V. G. (Takes longer than you think) So far 10/10 After sales attitude and flexility leaves a lot to be desired. Asked could we have some extra boards for an internal wall, a very abrupt NO. Sent an email to complain and was told there made in kits so one off’s can’t be done. I will bet there system is near fully automated. They just don’t want to do it. So be wary.”

“Dunster House were great from using Chat to ordering, brilliant. Paula answered everything we needed to know and we were so impressed we ordered the very next day from Samson again all questions answered regarding delivery etc. We were really pleased with our finished product will definitely recommend Dunster House to our friends.”

“My purchase was delivered by two extremely helpful guy's on the day stated, the fort went together with no issues my one nigle was the instructions could be a tad confusing,.One hint would be make sure you have a couple of 3,mm drill bits, once assembled don't fit the green caps for a week or two as you should check the bolts again,our granddaughter absolutely loves her fort,and thats high praise Indeed”

“I purchased a Petrus Workshop Log Cabin and Interlocking base, the whole service provided and product supplied have proven to be excellent. Good advice available on the Phone and superb service from delivery who covered all the components with plastic sheeting on a rainy day so it remained dry until I could place it under cover at the end of the day. With a good stable base the cabin has not moved and no excessive gaps have formed in any part once settled. Good head height has made it a very useable space as a workshop and is used frequently. I can thoroughly recommend it.”

“Recently purchased a 2.8m Contemporary Garden Office which I had to wait for the better weather before assembling. Now it’s done I must say we are really pleased with it. The assembly instructions are excellent and very easy to follow. The service from start to finish from Dunster House was superb. Overall we are really pleased with the office and Dunster House Ltd and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.”

“The cabin is great quality and in theory goes together really nicely (although currently only half completed due to incorrect parts). This is the second one I have bought from dunster house having had only some minor difficulties with the first one being delivered. Once I’d paid for this one the first issue was delivery, they contacted me with a date and a requirement someone was in, I explained I was working but the reply was simply that they only deliver in my area on that day of the week so there was no choice, in fact I was told that if I couldn’t take delivery on that day (less than a week away) the whole run would be cancelled so all of the other customers would not receive their items as planned. I managed to arrange for someone else to be here and when the delivery arrived - bearing in mind it is for a cabin involving a lot of heavy pieces - they repeatedly told my family that it was illegal (yes, illegal!!) for them to go in to the back garden to help with unloading which is utter nonsense, they obviously just wanted an excuse to dump everything in a pile at the front of the house and leave, which is exactly what they did. If I had have been in and alone I would not have been able to move a lot of the pieces left on my front garden. Now we are putting it together and some of the pieces are incorrect, I called dunster house to be told that customer services do not have a phone!! The only way to contact them is by email, 2 days later I received a very disappointing reply with no suggestion that my problem was to be rectified but asking for photographs with a tape measure so they can open an investigation and then some pasted small print from the website about how customer service is only available via email (the live chat is constantly unavailable) and more small print about how I should have been measuring the individual pieces with a tape measure upon delivery to ensure they were correct! (One of the issues I have is that a piece of wood should be 62mm wide but is 70mm so it doesn’t fit where it was supposed to and it did not occur to me at any point to measure the many hundreds of pieces down to the mm after a long day at work in the pitch black). No matter how good the small print on their website is saying you should do this I think a bit of common sense could have been applied. If in either of the emails I’d received so far there had been a hint of sending me the pieces I need I would most likely have been putting a more positive review online but instead of defusing the situation it has been made much more frustrating for me. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere for better customer service. This was a very expensive cabin and I expected better service. I currently seem to have wasted a lot of money.”
