The skip when delivered, was put on the drive with no one informing they had done so - by chance it was at the right place on our big drive however in front of the garage - my Mum is disabled and for her safety there could have been issues
Also on pick up they did not pick up on the day stated in the email and when I questioned this they said it can be within 2 working days of the date….why is this not in the email?
I am needing a skip on the 6th Dec however I am not confident to order. I have to say customer services did take my concerns seriously and totally agreed with them, refunded the cost of reliever when I asked for compensation
