“Okay, so it's only skip hire but wow what a great service compared to others I've used. Simple online booking process, explaining skip sizes and costs. received an email telling me when the skip was on its way, another confirming delivery. Collection just as simple, with email confirmation of the vehicle on its way to me and another, when it had been picked up. Moderne, efficient and simple as well as competitive pricing. Very impressed.”

“The skip when delivered, was put on the drive with no one informing they had done so - by chance it was at the right place on our big drive however in front of the garage - my Mum is disabled and for her safety there could have been issues Also on pick up they did not pick up on the day stated in the email and when I questioned this they said it can be within 2 working days of the date….why is this not in the email? I am needing a skip on the 6th Dec however I am not confident to order. I have to say customer services did take my concerns seriously and totally agreed with them, refunded the cost of reliever when I asked for compensation”
