“Unreliable poor service. 4 days ago I booked my skip is to be collected today, didnot turnup today , so when i Phoned them ,said they cannot collect today. I have to take time off for this collection.I used them twice before, those were ok. No more skip from them”

“We had an excellent experience using the skips from Dunmow Group. I called up to ask a few questions before booking and the team member I spoke to was very helpful! When our skip arrived it was smaller than we had realised and we filled it quite quickly. So I rang to ask whether there was any chance they could come earlier to collect and deliver a larger one at the same time. Initially they didn’t have availability for the dates we needed. But she rang me back and said they could fit us in! She was super helpful and we booked it in. We also had a larger item that wouldn’t fit in the skip so I asked about cost for collection of this. They were super accommodating and said they would be happy to collect it as part of the skip collection and to just lie it along the top! All the members of staff we had dealings with, from the staff we spoke to on the phone and the staff who delivered and collected the skips, were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!”
