“I had never hired a skip before, but went onto Dunmow Group. Very easy website to understand. Ordered my skip for the next morning. It arrived nice and early, very polite friendly driver and on the morning that it was to be collected I got a notification via phone and when I got up the skip had been collected. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone thinking of hiring a skip”

“Pre booked a morning delivery for a domestic skip. The skip was not delivered and no contact was made, so I chased at 12.00pm and was told it would arrive by 2.00pm, no explanation. In fairness, Dunmow did refund the delivery charge.”

“I would have left five stars other than the used skip was not picked up when agreed. I had a phone call on the day of pickup saying it was delayed until the next day. I had a bulk bag of slate booked for delivery which needed to go where the skip was. I was assured we were the first pick up (the next day) and would be around 7/7:30 AM which I agreed to. at 8:30 the next day I phoned as it had not been picked up and was again assured it would be picked up by 09:00, unfortunately, my delivery of slate turned up before the skip was picked up and had to be left some distance away meaning I had to move the slate with a lot further than I needed to. other than that could not fault things.”
