“Was shocked at the price increase and the time limit on the skip tbh. I had one a few months ago was cheaper and unlimited. However nice customer service”

“Excellent service. We ordered the 8yd skip in the evening for the next day. It snowed quite alot overnight...and the skip still arrived! We were over the moon! We booked collection for a week later but when the skip was full we rang them and they collected early. Excellent service. Very polite, chatty driver too. We will definitely call them again. Thank you”

“I phoned around a few companies/people recommended by agents after a tenant left various large items at my house. Dunmow Group were not one of the recommendations but were the most reasonably priced. They were able to provide an appointment with a one hour window, the guys that collected phoned ahead to say that they would arrive in 10/15 minutes - and they did! (It's a shame that I find that so surprising). I have confirmation that the waste has been collected, so I feel quite confident it hasn't just been dumped somewhere. Good job. Thank you.”

“Cannot thank the team enough, I called in the morning for a large amount of domestic waste to be collected, and it was all gone by the afternoon. The sales team were very helpful and the workers that came to the site were very professional and went above and beyond to clean the area after the rubbish was collected.
