“As usual, the whole process from ordering through the delivery of the skip was completely painless and very easy online. The driver was very polite and helpful - I have used the service many times and it's always to the same very high standard of service and care - well done to the team!”

“Expensive. More than twice the price of the same service in Australia. Skillful drivers. Our house is difficult to access and the pickup driver had a much bigger truck than the delivery driver. He was brilliant. Ripped off. Your website said no mattresses. But only after the truck had left, I learned we could have put the mattresses in the skip and paid an extra charge. Your man in a van pick up of two mattresses is not affordable. And I still have two single mattresses. No special rates offered for a 90 year old home owner. Shame on you. I liked the way you gave us an agreed time to pick up the skip. No incentive to make that time shorter.”

“So easy to book online, did call office but couldn't get through so ordered on line and almost as soon as I did I got a call back from the office even though I didn't leave a message, was quite impressed with this level of service. Skip came on time, quick and easy delivery. Then I need to adjust when it was being collected and it was so easy to do so over the phone. Very happy and will be using again.”

“Requested skip be left as close to garden access as possible. Skip left halfway down the drive. Customer services really not all that”

Hi my apologies if you are not happy with the service provided , looking at the photos of where the skip has been placed i can see it is about 2 metres from the back gate between a car and the the wall. our drivers will always strive to place as accurately as possible and will avoid placing closer if there is a risk to damaging the property. if you would like to discuss this further please give us a call on 01245 466646. kind regards The Dunmow Group
