“Service was good when it eventually arrived. Please can this skip be collected on Monday 6 March? Thank you”

Hi My apologies that the skip was delivered in the later part of the day, but i am sure you can appreciate that it is an all day time slot and bookings need to be arranged to what works logistically for the day. We do run a time slot service that can be requested on your next booking and i can confirm your collection has been booked for Monday the 6th as per the original booking. “Incredibly helpful and supportive. We moved home and have been doing renovations, Sasha was really helpful as never needed to book a skip before, she guided me through booking, helped me figure out a safe place to put it and helped with getting the correct permissions. Plus great value prices. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services.”

“Very happy with Dunmow group. Learned of them through word-of-mouth. The house has a medium-sized L-shaped drive and the arms of the vehicle were able to extend and place the skip beside the house and garage allowing car access. Gave tips like using See-thru bags for recyclables. The window of two weeks (preset) to fill an 8-yard skip is great. The website is user-friendly and then all the bills are itemized so you understand the service. You get what you pay for essentially and when it comes to all this digital stuff it's quite nice is getting a subsequent thank you email from the family. Will use them again. A fourth time.”
