“I’ve been using Dr Sam products for over a year now. Really don’t think I’d ever use anything else for my evening routine. I wanted to use actives but it was a mine field of information and it just confused me. I also wanted a basic routine and not do layer after layer after layer and so on. Then I happen to watch Trinny , London, having a conversation with Dr Sam Bunting …. My skin life changed within weeks. I’m soon to be 59. I have rosacea and very dry skin. At the time of discovering Dr Sam I’d been 6 months into a rosacea break out of not only the redness but solid dome like spots which were so painful I cried. Once they cleared with Flawless brightly and Flawless moisturiser they’ve not returned. I now have most of the range and wouldn’t use anything else. Me and my skin love it. Thank you 💐💐💐”

“I now only use Dr Sam’s Flawless skincare range and have done for a number of years. The products aren’t harsh and seem to agree with my menopausal, sensitive skin. I like to keep my routine simply; Flawless cleanser, Nightly (or Brightly during day) followed by Flawless light moisturiser & lastly flawless lips. Sadly, as much as I tried, I didn’t get on so well with Dr Sam’s SPF face products and so I’m still on the hunt for my elusive perfect SPF!”

“I like the relative simplicity of Dr Sam’s products. Simple packaging. Simple regimes. My favourite products are Brightly and Nightly and I would never be without the moisturiser. I have used the Cleanser and it’s fine, but I get similar results with a foaming cleanser, by a competitor, which is less expensive. I have the lip tint - which I use daily. I treat myself to the Body Moisturiser occasionally - I think it’s too expensive for every day use. I do like that I get rewards for buying and reviewing, although spending those rewards is restricted to the value of £10 per order - I would like to save my rewards up and use them all in one go. Overall - I am a fan of Dr Sam’s and happy to recommend that anyone should try them”

“Ever since discovering Dr.Sam a few years ago. I have never looked back. The products are always beautifully formulated and pack a punch (they do what they say). My particular favourites are the flawless cleanser and flawless neutralising gel. I will always recommend them to people without hesitation.”

“Cleanser is my preferred item in the range. Does exactly what one wants from a cleanser. Appreciate that there is no added fragrance, that it is non drying and non irritating. Also pleased to see it is made in the UK for reduced carbon footprint. The only gripe is that I would prefer a large size tube since the standard dispenser tends to be wasteful leaving some product out of reach of the dispensing nozzle- one has to open the top to physically extract some product. Have only contacted once to seek clarification as to how to apply points.”

“Great uncomplicated products and clean packaging. It’s easy to add Brightly or Nightly to the routine. However, as the packaging all looks the same it can get confusing. I would propose a subtle difference mark on the top of cap - De bossed icons or wording . . . “spf 50” “nightly” (closed eye icon) etc. It hasn’t stopped me from buying the products repeatedly though, so it’s a small observation to help navigate through the 5 products I generally have on the shelf.”

“Love the product especially Nightly even though it is fairly pricey it leaves the skin feeling lovely. The only thing that puts me off is the packaging. Very often I think it’s finished but if I leave it for a couple of days there’s still product left. Also some seem to run out much quicker than others. I have been advised to bang the container but this doesn’t seem very satisfactory. Fingers crossed for a makeover.”

“I love Dr Sams skin care routine. But a major issue I have is the amount of plastic. If your on a subscription, the plastic piles up. I have a whole draw of empties, as I don’t know whether I can recycle them. I’ve even thought about moving away from Dr Sams just for that reason. Possibly if subscriptions could use a refill method rather than just a whole new product that would be amazing. It would be 5 stars if not for the lack of initiative regarding the environmental impact of Dr Sam’s products.”

“Customer service advice leaves a lot to be desired. However the products are good. I am an avid user of Brightly, Nightly , Nightly eye, Cleanser, full fat moisturiser and sunCream. I am very happy with the results of these products however a stronger vit c or retinol would maybe be appreciated. Tried gossamer tinted, product good but not good enough to buy again due to having to dispense out of a cut off corner after 2.5weeks. The pump no longer worked so I was disappointed.”

“I adore these products and have purchased the entire range many many times over and will continue to do so. My only issue is with the pumps on the cleanser and on gossamer spf as they stop working when you are only a quarter of the way through the bottle and you have to cut it open to get the product out!! I hope they will fix this problem asap. Otherwise these are my HG of products.”

“Life changing skincare at its best. This range has transformed my irritable rosacea prone skin to skin that is comfortable and predictable- something I never thought I could achieve. It has rebuilt my skin barrier beautifully so I can tolerate brightly and nightly in combination. Previously I could barely tolerate water! Just take it slowly, follow every piece of golden advice by Dr Sam and be consistent. I’m in my 3rd year of using this range now and I will never stray again! Thank you Dr Sam!”
