“I tried the Flawless nightly serum after reading an article on it - I also purchased the face cleanser to try. Both products are great, really great - but! the mechanism on the pump for the night serum has broken, making it near on impossible to access the remaining 2/3rds of product! This is clearly a very good serum and worth the money - but I hate the packaging. I would so much rather have a glass jar or a plastic tube even - something that won't break...”

“I cannot say whether Dr Sam’s is effective. I used the pump on the Flawless nightly serum 3 times and now it no longer works and I cannot obtain any product at all. The pump appears faulty/broken. Pretty poor when you’ve spent £44.”

“I love the product but am having problems getting the serum out of the applicator! I contacted the company and was told this was fairly common and there are going to be changes to the packaging used - however its awkward trying to get it out now even though I put it in a 'bath' of hot water. Not ideal, shame”

“I recently bought the brightly and nightly duo alongside the gossamer untinted spf. The nightly and spf pumps both don’t work and I can’t get product out. I’m quite upset as I was really looking forward to using these consistently. I’ve fed this back and haven’t heard back yet. I think the brightly is nice on and the nightly is okay, it’s thin but spreads easily, but as I said the pump doesn’t work and I’ve only used it for two nights! The spf is super thick and gloopy and I’m not a fan, however it is super moisturising and I have dry skin and it does feel like a good primer for make up but never really dries down completely.”

“I keep purchasing the morning and night serums as I have had great results with them. I love that they are effective and so convenient for me as I don’t like to apply multiple products. Only downfall is international shipping to Australia is slow. Would love to be able to purchase in-store in Australia.”

“Dr Sam has cinched it. Affordable simple Skincare you can purchase online straight from a trusted dermatologist who shares on video her scientific knowledge and tips each week. Having watched a video where she also recommended other less expensive products I decided to try hers and haven't looked back. I wish she had been around when I was younger. However, flying with hand baggage I find I have to decant the products as her containers are so bulky.”
