“I really enjoy using Sr. Sam’s products. My 3 constants are Brightly, Gossamer Tint and Flawless Moisturiser. I’ve recently been introduced through the rewards system to Flawless Cleanser & it is now on my wish list! Dr. Sam’s website is very user friendly & I enjoy the ‘how to’ videos & social media posts.”

“Loved loved Dr Sam’s products since the launch and would recommend to the younger women and men out there. However, now I’m 3 years into the menopause, sadly I find the cleanser and moisturiser just are not enough for my sensitive, drier skin. Would love a richer, cream cleanser and a much richer calming moisturiser please!”

“Have followed Dr Sam’s routine with her products for about 18 months and I am very satisfied with the results. Do find the packaging frustrating though, the pump dispensers often fail and I would prefer if recycled plastic was used.”

“I like these products immensely, but I think the packaging could be improved. The cleanser pump bottle stops pumping with a significant amount of product remaining in the bottle. For the next week or so the bottle has to be stored upside down and the lid removed to get the rest of the product out. The gossamer sunscreen often stops pumping after a few days of use, and I've had to cut the pack open to access the product. Having said that, the last 2 tubes have been much better, so hopefully that problem has been fixed. The flawless lip could have an applicator built in for fingerless application. And it would be good if all the products came in a travel size, as they take up a lot of room if away for a weekend or even a week. I have taken to decanting to smaller containers but the product dries out a bit and becomes gritty. But the products themselves, I'm very happy with. Would love to see a chemical exfoliant added to the range.”

Flawless Nightly Eye Serum 5⭐️. Flawless Moisturiser 5⭐️. Flawless Daily Sunscreen 5⭐️. Flawless Lip 5⭐️. Flawless Body Therapy 5⭐️. Re purchased every product I have tried as they are so good and give me amazing results. Love the product guidance that’s available. I will continue to work my way through the Dr Sam shop and try to use them before my teenagers get to them.”

“Using Dr Sams products for 3 years. Have used many of the products. Sent an email to notify of an ammonia smell in the sunscreen I had been using. Customer service asked for a batch number and then dismissed my concern. Didn’t ask for me to return it to confirm or explain. Surprised and disappointed. Have since changed brand of some items.”

“Good products and great explainer videos on YouTube. High postage fee and would be better to be able to use multiple rewards together sometimes. Also as a 'VIP' it would be nice to be included in product trials like the recent new micellar water and hand cream products.”

“Best skin care system I've ever tried. I binned all my other skincare and now use the full Dr. Sam system. I've not had spots in 2 yrs, I need hardly any foundation as my skin so clear and people have commented that I look a lot younger than my 47 yrs. My recommendation is buy it!”
