It is very helpful. I can not handle brightly serum,I have pilling reaction and then my skin turn sensetive..”

“I’ve been using Dr. Sam’s skincare for around two years and have genuinely loved its simplicity and the solid results. The no-nonsense approach really appealed to me. But lately, I feel the brand has lost some of its authenticity. With more and more products being added, it’s starting to feel like a money grab rather than the straightforward, expert-led range I first loved. The points system for members is a real letdown. I currently have around 3,000 points I’ll probably never use because: You can only redeem £10 at a time. You can’t use points on subscription orders (which are the only products I buy). To use points, you’re forced to buy full-price products plus pay for P&P—making that £10 discount feel pretty pointless unless you splash out even more. It’s frustrating to see a brand that started so well become overly slick with marketing tactics. I still rate the products, but the experience has pushed me to go elsewhere and try something new.”

“I really rate all my Dr Sam’s products I’ve tried so far. The delivery is always so so quick and I think the prices are really fair especially on the subscribe and save. Packaging is always really good and they are products I trust. I really like Dr Sam’s educational videos and information.”

“Going through menopause and my skin has become very dry and sensitive . After some research came across Dr Sam’s products and placed a small order. I’ve started off with the moisture intense, eye brightening cream and the flawless cleanser and so far I’m really impressed. Will give it a while and if I continue to see good results will carry out the online routine finder.”

“I've been using Flawless Cleanser already over 2 years, and it has been eye opening journey. I've experimented with a lot of alternatives, and always come back to it. Brightly / Nightly has taken some time to get used to, but overall love what I'm seeing as results. I've switched to much easier subscription plan for my Brightly / Nightly and Flawless Cleanser. Love the option to amend the dates as it fits easy around my schedule.”

“I started using the clarity kit for my acne and said it would be the last thing I try before I agree to roaccutane and honestly can’t believe the difference. I never really thought anything else would help but my skin has calmed down massively and it’s even helped with previous scars. My skin feels a lot less inflamed. I was so impressed I bought full sized bottles of the treatments in the clarity kit and hope they continue to work as I’m so impressed with results!”
