“It was a relatively straightforward process. Redeeming points could be easier, but it worked. Like the products but wanted the moisturiser to be in a tube (50ml) to go on holiday/travel with, so am annoyed with myself for getting a bottle with a pump dispenser. Would have been good to see the relevant container when I clicked on the product size I selected.”

“I am so far happy with the shopping experience from buying Dr Sam products direct online. I was a bit disappointed that my 2nd order was not next day delivery though as I spent over £50 on my 2nd order and over £100 on my first order. My first order was next day delivery which was excellent service. I am still deciding if the products I have received are best suited to my skin. For example the eye cream is not absorbing into my skin and is piling so I might request to send this back if possible. I also wish there was more options in the samples you can choose. For example there is no sample to try the brightly and nightly serum or the night eye cream. I have already invested and spent a lot of money on only a few products and for me to try the other recommended product I would have like a smaller version to try first. Like you do in the sets. Why can’t the little brightly, nightly serum and nightly eye cream and the sunscreen minis be sold separately?
Is there anyway you can send me samples of the other products you recommend in my routine?
This is why I haven’t as yet given you a 5 star but I could do once I have tried out the products for longer and if the other products gs we’re available in a mini. For example I would have liked to try the eye brightly serum in a small or mini version first. I am very happy with the cleanser and neurtralising gel so far. I enjoyed the intense sample I was given so I have ordered a full sized version of this as I think it might suit for my nighttime routine and I think I need to build up my skin barrier a little before trying the nightly serum and the eye night cream.”

“Im actually super in happy with this, I would like my money back but even returning the items will cost me more since the company is not even willing to pay for shipping -.- this is soo lame and unacceptable. I half to pay over 50£ to get the package form the post office after already paying over 120€ for the skin care products… when I received the package they were damaged so I sent a complaint and they sent me a new shipment which now I also have to pay for to get !!!! I’m so mad !!!! I’ve literally hit a wall”
