“I really like these products, especially because they are cruelty free. I used to use La Roche Posay products until I found out they are not cruelty free so I needed to find a substitute. I really like the quality and feel of Dr. Sam's products and the website is very informative with great features such as videos and the routine finder. I order from Ireland because I have not found any products to match Dr. Sam's that I can source locally. Even when ordering from Ireland the delivery arrived very quickly.”

“Brilliant customer service from the off! I asked for some recommendations in regards to the products I was using and received a quick & very helpful response! I also contacted about a product which was just to strong for my sensitive skin and they have offered me a refund under Dr SAM’s 60 days happiness pledge :) brilliant! “I have suffered with acne since I was 11 yrs old (currently I'm 46) I have tried many brands over the years as well as using 2 topical medicated acne products. I was recommended Dr Sam by my sister, I subscribed to your YouTube channel and watched loads of videos before purchasing. I decided not to use any acne medication which I was nervous about. I've now been using it for 10 weeks and I'm so pleased with the results. My skin is calmer, clearer, smoother, brighter and its budget friendly. I wish I'd discovered it sooner!”

“Excellent products that really work. Noticeable difference to my skin. However I'm not keen on the packaging- it's difficult to tell how much you have left in a bottle so one day you find yourself with none left. Also, could more be done to make the packaging more environmentally friendly? Perhaps a returns scheme so that some bottles can be reused?”

“so saddd with this after a few days noticed i have a lot more texture then usual , like little bumps all on my forehead chin & cheeks. also doesn’t feel that nice on the skin ! was expecting more from something nearly £50”
