“Not only do I love Dr Sam's products but I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Last year I gave my daughter some of the products and she's now "hooked" too. I gifted my daughter-in-law the transformation kit and I do not doubt that she too will love the products.”

“Hi, I have been waiting for a delivery for over a month. I sent numerous emails and contacted via chat and no reply yet. So the experience has been quite poor lately. I got products on the past and I’m very happy with the products but this time it’s really disappointing, both the delivery system and the customer care. Thanks”

“I have had skin problems for the best part of my life. When I discovered Dr Sam’s site I found her problems relating to acne very helpful. Some time after she released her first product, the cleanser. I started using it, gradually other products were released and I ordered those too. My skin began to clear, look healthy and for the first time I felt confident. I’m a man of senior years, it’s never too late”

“I have been using Dr Sam's products since 2018 and love them all, now at age 59 I will use nothing else. My 20 year old son uses the products too and he is cynical of everything so it's the highest accolade! Thank you Dr Sam and team ❤️”

“I've been using the Dr Sam system for a couple of years now and it has transformed my skin! My main skin concern was blemishes but Dr Sam products have helped to control my breakouts and I barely get a blemish anymore! Highly recommend.”

“I like the products but I’m really disappointed in how the ‘reward’ scheme works. It turns out you can’t use the vouchers you’ve earned through points if you have a subscription. So if you are a frequent, regular and loyal customer that purchases all of your products through a subscription you can not ever actually redeem your points…this seems counter productive. Surely Dr Sam you want to reward your loyal customers? It was also disappointing to only find this out after payment was taken.”
