“I love the products, don't like shipping/packaging - ships with no warning alert, so no option to add to it to make shipping cost more justifiable. As a result I just received a 15ml bottle of eye serum in a 30 x20 cm box - total waste (and I'm sure 15ml could be packed in less plastic too).”

“Dr Sam's skincare has literally changed my skin. I HAD horrible extremely dry, sensitive, reactive skin. I didn't want to wash it never mind use actives. After using the cleanser and flawless moisturiser for a month I was able to add first brightly and just recently nightly, with the added help of the mask. Gone is the tight scratchy feeling, closed comedones, and open pores. An unsightly actinic keratosis has reduced and flattened. This skincare is just that. It's short of miraculous. I know I read the reviews and hesitated, too good to be true... it's not. Take the plunge. X”

“Don’t order from here! I ordered my items a week ago with 2-3 day delivery. I’ve received no communications other than the confirmation email. I’ll be requesting a refund and won’t bother ordering again. Especially as I was a first customer”

“Acceptable product. However, find Tint 1 too light and Tint 2 (tried a sample) too dark...so not great in that regard. Agree with others the pump dispenser needs improvement.”

“Really enjoying all the products tried thus far. Neutralizing gel is effective without being harsh on the skin, moisturiser is amazing, don't think I'll ever change this. Only improvement would be on packaging and recycling/reuse systems would be super”

“Ditch all other products for Dr Sams. Their range has transformed my skin and I wish her products had been available decades earlier! “I love the cleanser and use everyday but wish you could get bigger samples . The sachet only allows for one use so I cannot always be sure it’s safe or suitable for my rosacea . I’m interested in the new intense moisturiser but cannot afford to buy full size and then not use .”
