“I recently purchased some items and I got a free sunscreen sample but it was expired I guess, my face has been itchy since I applied and I only Know this cause I had a travel size sunscreen aswell. The product texture from the sample was a bit weird looking compared to the one from the tube. Very disappointed. I have very sensitive skin. That’s the reason I had chose this brand”

“I love the Dr Sam products & find they really suit my skin & work as they’re supposed to do. However, I find the website really frustrating! And the “help” emails rarely answered! For instance, I recently placed 2 orders but was not offered the free samples on either order although I checked afterwards & should have been offered these. I feel this has happened almost every time I’ve ordered & should not be advertised if they’re not actually available!! Please fix this, Dr Sam!”

“I placed an order to take advantage of the 2 free minis offer. However the redemption mechanic was not made clear in the purchase journey and there was no prompt or offer code. The email about the offer was misleading. When I complained I was told nothing could be done.”

“I really like Dr. Sam's brand. It has been so helpful in finding products that are suitable for my sensitive skin with mild rosacea. The detailed information about how to apply their products and the more in depth videos in their YouTube channel and instagram account are really helpful. I try to do a lot of research before trying something new as unfortunately I buy products that are meant to be ok for my skin but when I try them, they aren't quite right. Having all the educational contents as well as the trial kit, samples and other minis has been game-changing for me.”
