“I have been using the cleanser now for about 3 years after being recommended it due to having sensitive skin which I thought was prone to blemishes. Turns out I just needed to be using more gentle products and this cleanser is the core product in my routine now. I won’t change it for anything else!”

“I use the Flawless Cleanser and Nightly Eye Serum and honestly could not go without either now. For many years I’ve rarely bought the same skincare product twice because I never found one I really love. I’m on my third bottle of each of these! I have yet to try out other things in the range, but I love these two products. I’d recommend to anyone.”

“I've been receiving Dr Sam's Flawless Lip on subscription for several months now. The product is moisturising and long lasting on the lips and keeps them soft and moisturised throughout the day. I always have a tube to hand wherever I am! The red pigmented flawless lip is also a nice addition when I want a bit of colour. The subscription service is really easy to use. At first I was having the lip balm monthly, but once I built up a stock I easily reduced the subscription to one every two months and that seems to be ok for me. But I know if I want to increase that I can easily do so. Once my stockpile of skincare at home has depleted I plan on introducing another subscription, probably of a face cleanser and serum. Would absolutely recommend these products.”

“I purchased the tinted lip balm, the intense moisturizer, and Brightly serum. I love the tint and texture of the balm, it's thick and stays on a long time. The moisturizer was a surprise, I was expecting something think and heavy, like a nivea cream, but it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. I was nervous about brightly because I've tried to use azelaic acid before but always gave up because the stinging would not subside, even at 10%, and the products were always thick and hard to layer with moisturizer. This only stung briefly at first and after a few day not at all. It's light and spreads easily and absorbs well. I can layer moisturizer and sunscreen over it with no issues. Overall, great textures on all products I’ve tried.”

“Great service with quick delivery and the overall experience feels luxurious. I have even got my husband purchasing the nightly cream and myself I have signed up to the subscription for both neutralising gel and the nightly pro (the first time in many years I have had clear skin from spots).”

“Love Dr Sam's Flawless Nightly 2% Retinoid Cream. Have tried several other products, but haven't been as happy with those as I am with this. My skin is very senstivie/reactive so it's great to be able to use this retinoid as part of my daily skin care routine. It's a shame that the price conversion from GBP to AUD and the international shipping bumps the cost of this product up as much as it does. Hopefully Sephora Australia will stock this brand soon, as it does in the UK.”

“I’ve had break outs since I was 8 years old, and I’ve tried so many things to help my skin, but NOTHING helped until I tried Dr.Sam's when I was 22. The products go a long way, my skin is never irritated and it feels so hydrated and healthy. Plus it’s simple with minimal steps. My black heads are even gone, which isn’t something i expected. My skin is mad dry, so the moisturizer alone is a game changer. I recently began using the nightly eye serum and it has recused the look of tired eyes. When I wake up, my eyes even *feel* less tired which sounds like a placebo, but I’ll take it. I recommend these products everyone all the time. It’s so nice to not be self conscious of my skin, which felt for so long like it was out of my control.”

“Absolutely LOVE this skin care! I introduced the retinol every other day (as per the instructions) and my skin began to tolerte it. With the cleaner and the Flawless Light Moisturiser, I have got a glow again! I have ordered the day serum and Flawless Intense Moisturiser now for the winter months and cannot wait to start those. Cleaner helps take everything bad away from the skin, leaving it looking so clearn, but with a wonderfully smooth and soft protective barrier. It did take a while to get used to as it does not foam, but I actually prefer that now. My skin no longer looks dull, grey or crepe-paper like. It's bright, glowy and super comfortable - even for combination skin!”
