“I'm not sure what has happened on your website. But my 2 subscription items came in separate boxes for some reason, whereas normally, they would come in the one box. It seems like a waste of postage and packaging on your part.”

“I have rosacea. The spots ( pustules, papules) are a thing of the past -mostly. The red cheeks are more pink. Overall a good result.”

“Great products with great results. The shorter delivery makes me happy as well. I will be definitely a loyal client. But: The subscription and order system should be renewed. It’s confusing and not simple to use. The log in with extra verification just annoying. It’s time to come up with an App?! And free delivery over 150£ internationally?”

“I am just starting to explore this brand. The tinted gossamer SPF in shade 3 is a perfect match and does not sting like other all mineral formulas. The lip balm not only protects but heals chapped and cracked lips. Both the tinted and clear formulas are brilliant. The cleanser did not work for my very sensitive skin in winter. The CS team is exceptional. Thank you for having real humans and not AI Customer Service. I will continue to try new products as you are one of the few who offer fragrance-free skincare.”
