“Dr Sam's website is easy to use with helpful information about skin care. She seems to really care about finding customers the right products for them and can be easily done by using the routine finder. I'm currently waiting to see results from the nightly serum but I have heard good things about dr Sam's products, so I look forward to trying more products.”

“I like the products and responses to any email enquiries are always prompt and professional and issues resolved quickly. It is sometimes difficult to use the website, especially redeeming any free gifts (such as the recent Black Friday ones)”

“I have been a customer of Dr Sam’s for several years. I have found the service to be exemplary on all levels. The website is easy to navigate and has clear instructions on what products to use for specifics concerns. There are plenty of instructional and informative videos, and the products work. But most of all I have found that there is a real level of care from Customer Services whenever I have contacted them. I am very happy”

“Dr Sam’s products are amazing, especially the cleanser, my face doesn’t feel tight and dry like previous cleansers. The neutralising gel is also great at targeting my hormonal spots. Will keep rebuying.”
