“While the products are very good the points system does not work at all. I now have over 4000 points but can't spend or redeem them. I can't offset them against any subscription and when ordering other products I was told that I could not use the points against bundled items. However I again ordered other single products and again I CANNOT get any points to come up to redeem. Waste of time contacting you to fix this. I have emailed 3 times now - still no fix. “I started out with Dr. Sams Skin Transformation Kit and within a week, I ordered the full size of all the products. I had been searching for a skin care line to address my aging skin yet would be gentle enough for my menopausal rosacea. I found that with Dr. Sam's products. My pores have all but vanished and the texture of my skin has evened out and no dryness or flaking. I am so very happy I saw the recommendation by Wayne Goss, whom I love, as I am now in a good place with my skincare and use only Dr. Sam's line. While a bit pricey for such small containers of product, my skin loves it and it's worth it now when I see actual improvements in my skin. Love Dr. Sam!!!!!”

“absolutely in love with the nightly serum, I have now subscribed for regular delivery. from the 1st few days of use my skin appears smoother, the skin tone is more even and looks more radiant. I never usually stick to one product and like to change but this one is to stay!”

“Good product but the pump applicator keeps blocking and I have to take off the lid each time. The same with the second tube.”

“Lovely products but would like to be able to see when running low. I know it's recommended to last 6 weeks but I travel so have 2 pots on the go at the same time so it's difficult to tell. A clear strip down the side of the container would resolve this.”
