“I’ve used the flawless moisturiser since its launch ,worked in the skincare industry for over 20 years and honestly the best moisturiser I’ve ever used !! Consistent results and the price point is fantastic I wear makeup every day and find it’s the perfect flawless base for foundation,so glad I found this amazing brand”

“I am a repeat buyer of the flawless cleanser. I love that it’s a gel cleanser it feels fresh and soothing. I also have eczema and it’s gentle and moisturising enough to put on in my experience. If you are looking for a cleanser that will clean your face and not leave it dry this is for you. :)”

“Very good especially the neutralising gel. This skincare has made such a difference to my skin and I’m so grateful for it! I just hope Dr Sam releases more products to get rid of those pesky acne scars and maybe put the prices a tad lower :)”

“Products marvellous especially when used together - and the lip balm is amazing. Marked down as I cannot checkout on the website using PayPal or Applepay - it just goes round in circles with ‘review order’ and ‘complete payment’”

“This is by far one of the best skincare lines I’ve ever used. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and have been using the cleanser, mask, and moisturiser(intense) for quite some time now and without a shadow of doubt it’s helped my skin big time. I still do get zits every once in a while but the longevity of them has reduced. Highly recommend them! :)”

“I've been using the products for about 6 weeks and I am disappointed because the products are pilling, no matter what order I use them or how long I leave a layer to dry. I left a message explaing this at the clinic mailbox but received no reply. I also find the sunscreen very thick and leaves a powdery residue. The moisturiser & sunscreen seem to sit on top of your skin, rather than absorbing into it. It's a real shame as I like the feel of the products when they first go onto the skin.”

“I've been using the flawless neutralising gel for just under a week now and the progress I have seen on my acne is incredible. I was really struggling with a cycstic acne breakout all across my chin and up into my cheeks and have already seen so much improvement which is honestly a huge relief.”

Take the Brightly serum, for instance—it's packed with azelaic acid, niacinamide, bakuchiol, and vitamin C, all at concentrations that genuinely benefit the skin. It's become a crucial part of my routine. Another standout has been the Flawless Moisturiser Intense; it's a staple in my skincare regimen now. I'm currently trying out the Vitamin C serum, and while it's still early days, the results seem promising. Dr. Sam's line consistently delivers, and I can’t wait to see how my skin keeps improving with these products.”

“The tinted SPF feels and looks great however the pump on the tube is terrible. I had to cut open the tube to use the product which is unacceptable. A lot of people have pointed this out and I'm disappointed the issue has not been addressed yet.”

“The items I ordered were never delivered, and Dr. Sam’s customer support was fabulous. Even though I suspect the package was stolen becasue that is a constant issue in my apt, building, they issued a full refund no questions asked. I got a PO box and reordered and am loving the big size of the light moisturizer”

“I use different products from your brand and I love it. Tomorrow morning I try your newest product the vitamin c serum and I'm very excited to see how it works. The only think that I would is a lightweight clear sunscreen with no white cast and shine free from your brand. One think annoys me... if I spent 50€ I get 2 samples and if I spend 300€ I get 2 samples. And the sizes of the sachets samples are not very pleasing.”
