“Unfortunately, after just a few days I had to stop using the products as I developed spots over my cheeks. At first many red, raised bumps but some of them developed into much bigger swollen spots. Too near Easter with many family gatherings to suffer from really bad skin. Perhaps I will try in May”

“I have been using the nightly serum and eye serum for just over a month now. I have just started using the face wash and daily brightening serum. Although there is no doubt that the face serums are giving me a lovely glow, there is no reduction in lines. The eye serum that is worn at night causes my eye area to appear dry and more lined than normal. My overall verdict is that I feel that the results I have seen are not worth the cost of the products. Not only that they only last for about 4 weeks.”

“If at first you don’t succeed… try Dr Sam!! I have sensitive skin, and whilst it’s not bad skin, at 37 I’m trying to improve my lacklustre complexion and fine (ever expanding) lines!! I’ve tried soooo many brands, from £30-£300 for a holy grail serum! Nothing has worked, and most have just irritated my skin and dried it out. I spent a long time researching, and finally got the Brightly, Nightly, Night eye serum, and everyday moisturiser and sun cream. At first, the Brightly did irritate my sensitive skin a little - but a quick chat to the online time and problem solved. Instead of using everything all at once, I introduced it slowly and layered over my moisturiser until my skin got used to it. Anyway - a month on, and I LOVE them all. So silky, easy to apply makeup over, definitely more even skin tone, plump and much more healthy looking! Thank you Dr Sam - can’t wait to try more products!! If I’m doubt - try it, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I tried the Flawless nightly serum after reading an article on it - I also purchased the face cleanser to try. Both products are great, really great - but! the mechanism on the pump for the night serum has broken, making it near on impossible to access the remaining 2/3rds of product! This is clearly a very good serum and worth the money - but I hate the packaging. I would so much rather have a glass jar or a plastic tube even - something that won't break...”

“I cannot say whether Dr Sam’s is effective. I used the pump on the Flawless nightly serum 3 times and now it no longer works and I cannot obtain any product at all. The pump appears faulty/broken. Pretty poor when you’ve spent £44.”
