“I have been using Dr Sam’s flawless cleanser, neutralising gel and flawless moisturiser intense for about 3 weeks and I can honestly say it’s the best skin care routine I have had. I’m in my early forties and have hormonal skin and battle acne still. But also have dry skin and of course want to think about anti-aging products. I was getting quite desperate, all creams from GP had dried my skin and it was a red, spotty mess. I was about to pay privately for dermatology but thought I’d give Dr Sam’s routine a try first. I am glad I did. I wake up without dry patches and my white heads and bigger spots have reduce by 80% already, and when they do show up if I put the neutralising gel on before bed they don’t develop overnight and are barely noticeable in morning. I’m not getting the big angry ones now. I’m going to add the retinol in another 3 weeks as advised. The cleanser is good and does remove makeup and does not dry. I like there is no smell to anything. I’ve also bought the Gossamer with SPF and tint. Can’t give full review on that yet as haven’t used it much but it does leave a lovely tint and glow and of course the protection is great, I have issues with sunscreen and breakouts so hoping this one doesn’t do that, but so far so good. One improvement would be to see how much you have left in tubes and bottles but that’s a minor thing. The moisturiser hasn’t lasted that long I will need another tube soon, so just over 3 weeks but it is worth it. The cleanser will last 5 weeks I think and the neutralising gel even longer as you don’t need much. Overall very good products. I will continue to buy and can’t see myself looking for any other brand now.”

“I've been using the Body Cream for the last 5 days, twice a day as it recommends but finding it's making my body acne much worse. I'm coming out in lots of tiny whiteheads everywhere. It feels quite heavy on aswell. It's maybe helping the dryness but not much else sadly.”

“I love these products! After several rounds of accutane, I have been desperately looking for a skincare regime that can keep my acne under control and Dr Sam’s does just that! The products are gentle but so so effective. I have started to see real results and can’t wait to keep going and improve my skin further!”

“Absolutely love their products, I’ve suffered with acne all my life and medication has been the only thing that has helped. Recently, I wanted to go off of the medication and my acne came back almost immediately. Since then I have been trialling endless skincare brands and routines, and as soon as I tried Dr Sam’s my acne has really reduced and my complexion is smooth and bright! Absolutely love all the products! The one thing I wish they had was a clear bar on the packaging so that I knew when I needed to repurchase my products.”

“Products are great as is customer service but delivery service is poor. My parcel was left behind a bin with no notification that it had been left there. I only spotted it because dustbin was at an angle. I was lucky it (i) hadn't been stolen (ii) it wasn't raining and (iii) I went to move the bin. Unfortunately this is not the first time that there have been issues with deliveries from Dr Sam's.”

“The cleanser is my new holy grail. It's very difficult for me to find products that work for me as my skin is both oily and acne prone as well as sensitive and redness prone! Dr Sam's cleanser is so gentle yet I don't need to double cleanse, even with makeup! Very impressed”

“I was diagnosed with rosacea in the last few months which has been really bad over winter. I've been learning a lot about skin care since and tried so many different products with various claims, most of which have not agreed with my combintion/dry/oily (!) and red, sensitive skin. I finally stumbled on dr sam's line and bought basically everything. I love the cleanser so much, it doesn't dry out my skin and removes all my make-up and suncreen without the need for a double cleanse, which my skin did not appreciate. The daily and intense moisturiser are also amazing, they both feel super hydrating without being too thick, greasy or heavy. The gossamer tinted spf is overall good, doesn't irritate my skin, is really hydrating and the tint means I don't feel the need to wear make-up most days. However, it does leave my skin a bit more dewy and shiny than I would like... but as the matte formulations dry my skin out I think I will just need to keep powder handy. The dispenser pump is also really awful and needs to be redesigned. I was also excited to try the lip gloss, which is really hydrating and gives a nice gloss, but it's very thick and hard to get out the tube. Overall the line is a big win for tempermental rosacea skin.”
