“Unfortunately I mixed up US and UK date formats and with the time pressure to accept a cancellation I ended up accepting a cancellation for tomorrow morning by mistake .. and my instructor isn't available, and I don't have access to another manual car to be able to take the test. I'm thus out £67 and have to try to find another booking anywhere, so I can go in the queue again for finding a cancellation at my local test centre :(. Not the fault of the service, the whole situation around booking tests is crazy, but I am peeved that it just caused me to lose my booking fee. And now there is a slot someone else can't take because you can't cancel with less than 3 days notice unless you are sick or something.”

“It would be brilliant if once you found a cancellation and I wish to still bring it closwr then you should not change back my test date.to the original date. My test date is 14.december, you beought it forward to 7 november i asked to have another date you changed my test date back to december and you did this 3 tiimes basically. :(”
