“I bought it in the middle of June and it’s only found me 1 useful cancellation in almost 3 months. However I am doing my test before my original date so it was useful but definitely not worth £18”

Additionally, we will only offer you tests that match your search preferences. After checking your account history, I can see that we notified you of one cancellation which would have brought your test forward by over 3 months. I can also see that we changed your test this morning, bringing your test forward by over a month! Unfortunately, we do not know when tests will become available because it is purely down to test availability and other candidates changing or cancelling their tests. “I am pleased with this app although i have had to change the date the app found for me and i now cant update the app to keep searching for me and the only way you can communicate when something has gone wrong is via email and there is no response so although i am delighted that the app has managed to find alternative dates - the customer service when you need advice is non existent. I just want the app to carry on searching but can't as the message i have is that as my test date is within a week i am unable ot change my test - good luck but i have changed it and want the app to carry on searching - could someone please get in touch?”

“Iv had this app for nearly a month now and Iv just revived a cancellation and its only a day forward so pretty disappointed at the moment considering I heard great things from people about this business.”
