I regret praying for this app. I would advice everyone not to take the first offer if that's not what you want. There's NEVER a second or unlimited offer like they claimed. Once you accept the first offer no one cares about you anymore. This is what I'm experiencing now with them. They are all liars! I have sent email twice, nothing was done.

I had an offer of a test date change I confirmed it but my email didn't come from dvsa . I contacted support but they didn't come back in time , we felt we should go to the test site as I had a message saying the test was moved from yourselves , but I wasn't able to set the test, even though the canceled slot was there !!! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

Hi Mea, Thank you for your review. I can see that we offered you a test for this morning but unfortunately you did not respond in time for us to be able to book it. We emailed you at 23:40 yesterday evening informing you that the reservation time had elapsed. In the early hours of this morning, you still requested us to book the test. We emailed you at 03:27 this morning informing you that we would only contact you if the test has been changed successfully. Please note that the test was unable to be changed at the time you requested it because 1) the test test was no longer available, and 2) the DVSA website is not in operation at that time in the day. Your test is still booked for the original date and your account is still searching for earlier test dates at your chosen test centre. Although I could see earlier available test dates on another app I wasn’t getting notified of them by you. Not until I sent an email requesting a refund did they then send me an earlier test. I don’t think it worth the money.

Other cancellation finder services only notify you of tests they see on the DVSA website and in most cases the tests are no longer available by the time you try to book them. Had this since May and only received two test dates for october that was available for me to book on the government website. I’ve waited 5 months for other test dates and didn’t receive any. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

I had my test booked for the 18th of October you then changed my test to the 24th of December please tell me how that helps my you we’re paid to find one earlier not two months after I could have done that .
